That's why most new mechanical repairs are backed by our industry-leading 5-Year/50,000-Mile Warranty on parts and labor, giving you added confidence long after you leave our shop.
Coverage begins on the original repair date or mileage listed on your invoice. If a covered repair fails due to a defective part or installation issue, we'll repair or replace it at no additional cost, up to the original repair value.
To keep your warranty active, simply have your vehicle serviced at Matt’s Import Haven at least once a year. These routine visits allow our technicians to inspect your vehicle, identify potential concerns early, and help ensure your vehicle continues to perform at its best.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. All warranty repairs must be completed at Matt’s Import Haven. If another unresolved vehicle issue causes a covered part to fail, the related repair must be completed to maintain warranty coverage. Any replacement part installed under warranty continues the original warranty period and does not start a new coverage term. Additional diagnostic testing may be required for repeat failures and may be the customer's responsibility.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by abuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, or vehicle modifications. Performance-modified vehicles are also excluded from coverage. All parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policies and claim procedures.
