I’ve been to Matt’s twice now and they have a customer for life. First off, they are excellent communicators. They take the time to explain what’s going on with the car in a way that is clear without being condescending. They also do an excellent job providing options for repairs and respect the fact that customers might have to make decisions based on budget. Their estimate forms are the clearest I’ve ever dealt with. It allows customers to opt in and opt out of repairs as needed and clarifies what repairs are urgent and what repairs might be on the horizon but can wait. Not only are they clear but they are also excellent technicians! Their work is SOLID. I heartily recommend them and am so grateful to have them as a resource in our little community.
