Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our team. You will be a crucial link between our service technicians, our advisors, and our customers, helping identify, source, and supply the correct parts to get vehicles back on the road. The role will also include some customer service duties. Helping with incoming communications, taking messages where needed, processing repair orders and presenting information to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist advisors and service technicians with part identification and ordering (in-person, phone, email).
- Parts Sourcing: Use computerized inventory systems and electronic catalogs to locate parts quickly.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and stock parts; maintain a clean, organized department.
- Sales & Logistics: Process invoices, manage returns, and track credits.
- Service Advising: Answering phone calls, responding to e-mails and text messages, scheduling customers, processing vehicle inspections, creating estimates, and presenting findings to our customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency with computer systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Very detail oriented and organized.
