Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will be a vital member of our team, helping to diagnose, inspect, and maintain our customers’ vehicles. We currently work on 2006 and newer Asian, European, and Domestic vehicles. No RVs, no big-box trucks or large fleet trucks (nothing bigger than a Ford Transit, for example). We provide scan tools, specialty tools, ongoing paid training, a clean work environment, a no-drama, family-oriented atmosphere, and the support you need to succeed! The technician role will occasionally involve minor customer interaction (listening to noises, test drives if needed), but primarily you will communicate directly with our team of advisors. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Inspections: Vehicle inspections are crucial to keeping our customers’ vehicles in tip-top shape.
  • Vehicle Diagnosis: The ability to quickly and accurately diagnose a vehicle and provide detailed notes on the steps taken, test results, and the answers to the required fix. 
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Vehicle maintenance is the key to long service life. We are the one-stop shop for our customers, and they rely on us to keep everything maintained, from oil services to factory maintenance services and everything in between. 
  • Team Player: We are a team here, and everyone needs help from one another at some point. The successful candidate will not be afraid to ask for help, nor will they be unwilling to offer help if asked.   

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency with computer systems.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Have your own hand tools and storage.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in a professional auto repair shop or being a recent graduate of a technical school.
  • Must be punctual. We start our day at 8:20 AM, and doors open at 8:30 AM.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
